Dancing

Dancing is an excellent way to improve well being both physically and socially. Adaptive Dancing is dedicated to the idea that social dancing should not exclude people who use wheelchairs. Adaptive Dancing is a style of dance specifically designed for a couple where one of them is in a wheelchair.
