Adaptive water aerobics is a class designed specifically for our special needs community. Water aerobics offers a variety of fun shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Kick-boards, water weights, and noodles may be used to develop strength, balance, and coordination. No swim technique or ability required. Any age and any disability are welcome. If assistance is needed, same sex caregiver is needed to help in locker room and in water.
